Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in a rapidly growing practice. This client‑facing role emphasizes motivating and developing staff, building new client relationships, and delivering enterprise ITSM solutions across industries.

You'll analyze business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and guide delivery from planning through execution. A bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years in ServiceNow ITSM, and strong leadership and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 4–6 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one of the specified ServiceNow certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills—executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver's license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement or workstream delivery across all design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services.
• Provide leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITSM process implementations.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and guide strategic roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
• Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.
