Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead ITSM programs across client engagements. You will guide teams, design solutions, and ensure delivery while expanding client relationships. The role requires strong leadership and a track record of successful ITSM implementations.

You will interact with business stakeholders to assess requirements, translate them into technical specs, and oversee architecture delivery. Expect travel and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience or equivalent.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD and at least one related specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery for ServiceNow ITSM projects from planning to closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources 5–10+ people.
• Build and maintain client relationships, demonstrate EY services value.
• Collaborate to translate business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
