Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and client engagements in ITSM. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive value through AI-enabled ITSM practices.

In a client-facing, hybrid role based in the US, you’ll grow your consulting and leadership skills, develop client relationships, and deliver architecture solutions across planning, design, and deployment phases.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow certifications: CSA or CAD and other ITSM certifications.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and relationship building.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally: CMA/CTA or data analytics certifications and AI solutions experience.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Actively participate in client sessions, leading workstreams from planning through closure.
