Qualifications

- Experience configuring and developing ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Experience building Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile and SDLC practices.
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Develop Service Catalog items, record producers, and custom applications.
- Build integrations with external systems.
- Develop workflows, transform maps, and automation solutions.
- Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams; provide training and documentation.
