You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage incidents, problems, changes, and knowledge articles, while identifying optimization opportunities and deploying effective automation and integration solutions. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and experience working in an Agile delivery

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform core capabilities, customization, configuration, and workflow development.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development, integrations, scripting, troubleshooting, and customization.
• Platform assessment to distinguish Out-of-the-Box functionality versus customizations.
• Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an Agile delivery environment.
