Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform according to defined business and client requirements, including workflow configurations, data mappings, and user interface components.
• Develop and maintain HR-related data tables and schemas and perform data migration activities from legacy systems in accordance with documented procedures and standards.
• Create and manage Service Catalog Items and Record Producers using Flow Designer, incorporating standard server-side and client-side scripting techniques.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications to support reliable data exchange, system functionality, and operational performance.
