Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of programming fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and testing of software solutions to support ITSM processes.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow to support ITSM workflows and forms.
• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules for automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and APIs.
