Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ITSM concepts.
• Basic scripting skills in JavaScript or Python.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software solutions to support ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management
• Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow to support ITSM processes, including creating custom tables, fields, and forms
• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules to support ITSM process automation and data processing under the guidance of senior engineers
• Assist in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools, including APIs, web services, and data imports
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow and ITSM software solutions with the guidance of senior engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design software solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions, including design documents, test plans, and implementation guides
• Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices in ServiceNow and ITSM software development
