Job summary

Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate, test, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable ITSM, workflow automation, platform modernization, integrations, and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs
• Hands‑on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Catalog
• Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub solutions
• Proven experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across applications, workflows, integrations, and platform data
• Experience moving solutions through development, testing, and production environments
• Agile development experience with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and support ITSM processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow SPM solutions supporting demand, project, portfolio, and resource management
• Develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, portals, workspaces, and user experiences
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and support enterprise data synchronization
• Support CMDB/CSDM initiatives, service modeling, and data quality improvements
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing, deployments, upgrades, and application support
• Create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics that support operational and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate within Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, technical design, testing, and release activities
