Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level IT Service Management (ITSM) lead focused on ServiceNow platforms within its Technology Consulting practice in Philadelphia. You will steer ITSM project delivery, guide design sessions, and coordinate agile activities across client teams, including offshore resources, to realize digital transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing reporting components, advising on CMDB connectivity, and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team while pursuing business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, IS, CS, Engineering, Business or related field and 5 years of work experience. Employer will accept 3 or 4 year degree.
• Willing to travel up to 80% (20% international) to serve client needs.
• Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week; standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights on how ServiceNow aligns with business objectives and lead ITSM delivery.
• Lead client design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Guide project and agile scrum management activities and oversee design, configuration and testing.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams and offshore resources; deliver quality client services.
• Strengthen client relationships and contribute to strategic roadmaps and business development.
