Job summary

CTG is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer – Change Management in Dallas, TX for an 11-month engagement. You will develop, configure, and enhance ITSM Change modules and workflows, integrate with external systems, and support platform enhancements.

You will build change models, approvals, and CAB processes, along with Flow Designer flows and scripting. Strong English communication is required for collaboration with the client and CTG teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building and configuring ServiceNow ITSM applications, focused on Change Management.
• Ability to design and implement Change Workflows, Models, approvals, and CAB processes.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, JavaScript, Glide API, and related scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Skills in REST API integrations and CMDB data integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications, primarily Change Management.
• Build and maintain Standard, Normal, and Emergency Change workflows, Change Models, approval processes, and CAB workflows.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs and support CMDB integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and support ongoing platform enhancements.
