Job summary

iShare Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead IT change initiatives within a hybrid environment (3 days onsite).

This full-time/contract role requires deep ServiceNow Change Management expertise and strong ITIL fundamentals to drive governance, risk assessment, and performance reporting across ITSM processes. The candidate will engage with CAB, IT teams, and stakeholders, leveraging analytics and automation to enhance change success rates in a financial services

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Service Management and Change Management experience.
• Strong ServiceNow Change Management expertise with related modules.
• Familiarity with CAB, Change Enablement, Change Calendar and Change Governance.
• Solid knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships and ITSM processes.

Change Management Specialist

Location: Buffalo, NY

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite

Type: Full-time / Contract

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of IT Service Management / Change Management experience.
• Strong ServiceNow Change Management expertise.
• Experience with CAB, Change Enablement, Change Calendar, and Change Governance.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships, and ITSM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL 4 Foundation required.
• Experience with Incident & Problem Management integration.
• Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD change management and automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Financial services/banking experience is preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA/CIS-ITSM certification is a plus.
