Job summary

eTel, a premier technology solutions provider to the US federal government, is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our team in Washington, DC. You will administer ITSM modules, manage users, roles, and ACLs, and support CMDB and Release management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ServiceNow/ESM and 2+ years Federal experience, with CSA and CIS certifications. You will work across Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments to ensure reliable enterprise operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ServiceNow/ESM Platform experience.
• 2+ years Federal experience.
• Administer ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Strong knowledge of users, groups, roles, ACLs, and RBAC.
• Experience with notifications, events, SLAs, assignment rules, and scheduled jobs.
• Working knowledge of CMDB, CI classes, relationships, data quality, and CSDM concepts.
• Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, data loads, and data maintenance.
• Experience managing update sets and deployments across Development, Test/UAT, and Production instances.
• Experience with instance cloning, upgrades, patches, and release management.
• Ability to perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, relationships, and data quality.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track SLAs.
• Coordinate deployments across Development, Test/UAT, and Production.
• Ensure security and access controls via roles and ACLs.
• Support Automated Test Framework (ATF) and patching activities.
