Job summary

eTel, a federal technology solutions provider, seeks a Junior ServiceNow Developer/Systems Administrator in Washington, DC. The role focuses on ITSM administration, user access control, and Service Catalog workflows to support government missions.

Responsibilities include managing transform maps, data loads, and instance deployments across development, test/UAT, and production. A background in security/regulatory compliance is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ServiceNow/ESM Platform experience.
• 2+ years Federal sector experience.
• Experience administering ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Strong knowledge of users, groups, roles, ACLs, RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow ITSM modules and manage users, groups, and roles.
• Handle Service Catalog items, workflows, approvals, and Flow Designer.
• Maintain CMDB data quality and CI relationships; manage update sets and deployments across environments.
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of the instance.
