Job summary

Ernst & Young Oman is looking for a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead ServiceNow transformation teams and manage key client relationships. This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB, allowing you to apply your expertise while guiding and mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and generally 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment. A proactive attitude coupled with the ability to make strategic decisions will lead to impactful results across our diverse client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience leading teams and managing a multi-disciplinary group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of processes and projects within a ServiceNow environment.
• Engage with external clients and actively participate in workstreams.
• Direct and provide feedback to team members for task completion.
