Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide multitier production environments.
• 8 to 12 years IT industry experience.
• Hands-on implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping.
• Experience with ServiceNow client/server APIs such as GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord.
• Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies.
• Design solutions and suggest technical best practices.
• Ensure information is accurate and feasible.
• Provide domain architecture and technical project aspects.
• Participate in requirements meetings and advise developers.
• End-to-end guidance and review of ITOM implementation customization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to technical deliverables.
