Qualifications

8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide multitier production environments.
8 to 12 years IT industry experience.
Hands-on implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping.
Experience with ServiceNow client/server APIs such as GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord.
Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies.
Design solutions and suggest technical best practices.
Ensure information is accurate and feasible.
Provide domain architecture and technical project aspects.
Participate in requirements meetings and advise developers.
End-to-end guidance and review of ITOM implementation customization.
