Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a senior ServiceNow ITOM professional with 8–12 years of experience to lead end-to-end ITOM implementations in enterprisewide environments. You will work on CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, and Glide APIs (GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord) and provide technical guidance to developers.

The role requires validating requirements, designing robust solutions, and ensuring feasible, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years IT industry experience
• Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementations in enterprise multi-tier environments
• Experience with CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping
• Ability to validate requirements and highlight discrepancies
• Designs solutions and recommends technical best practices
• Provides domain architecture and technical guidance for ITOM projects
• Participates in requirements gathering and offers input to developers

Job description

8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprisewide multitier ServiceNow production environment

Atleast 8 to 12 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience

Handson experience in implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping

Client and Server APIs ie GlideDialogWindow GlideForm GlideAggregate GlideRecord etc

Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies

Design solution and suggest technical best practices

Ensure information is accurate and feasible

Provide domain architecture and the technical aspects of the project

Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements

End to end guidance and review of ITOM Implementation customization in ServiceNow
