Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or similar role.
• Strong functional knowledge of ITOM and ITAM within ServiceNow.
• Ability to facilitate senior stakeholder discussions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to define and refine ITOM and ITAM business processes.
• Design process flows covering asset lifecycle, discovery, CMDB governance, and operational events.
• Support governance, controls, and audit readiness in a regulated environment.
