Job summary

ConfigureTek is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Associate Consultant in Peachtree Corners, GA. This full-time role will focus on delivering consulting services, enhancing service delivery, and providing expertise in ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and at least 2 years of IT software experience. Responsibilities include developing custom solutions, delivering projects, and enhancing client knowledge in IT Operations Management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in IT software experience, with 1-2 years administering or supporting ServiceNow products.
• Experience in software consulting or development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services for ServiceNow ITOM products.
• Develop custom software solutions as needed.
• Prepare technical documentation as required.
