Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support the accuracy, integrity, and governance of technology asset and application data across the organization. You will help ensure compliance with data standards while driving continuous quality improvements within IT operations.

You will collaborate with a small team to maximize the value of ServiceNow ITOM by maintaining high-quality data, supporting reporting, and enhancing operational processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience analyzing data, compiling reports, and presenting findings.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and visibility into work progress.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support data quality initiatives across IT operations.
• Maximize the effectiveness of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) through data governance and quality assurance activities.
• Analyze configuration, asset, and application data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions.
• Conduct data evaluations and audits to identify opportunities for process improvement and service optimization.
• Research, analyze, and validate technology inventory information.
• Investigate customer and stakeholder concerns, providing analysis and recommendations for resolution.
• Compile, analyze, and communicate findings through reports and presentations.
• Support ongoing quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.
