Job summary

All for One Group SE is seeking a data quality specialist focused on ITSM data stewardship and the migration to ServiceNow. The role emphasizes master data maintenance, process standardization, and collaboration rather than deep development.

You will support SAP Solution Manager workflows and help validate data migrations, with ITIL-aligned processes and strong documentation practices guiding day-to-day tasks. Flexibility in work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• First to solid experience in an ITSM / service management-related environment.
• Highly structured and detail-oriented; strong quality mindset; reliable documentation and follow-up skills.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to SAP Solution Manager and/or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Operational support and ongoing maintenance/QA of ITSM master data (SAP Solution Manager).
• Data quality management: cleansing, harmonization, and documentation of rules/standards.
• Support the ServiceNow transition: data preparation/mapping, validation of migration results, test/UAT support, hypercare activities.
• Support and optimize ITSM processes (ITIL-oriented), including stakeholder alignment and maintaining work instructions/guidelines.
