Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation initiatives for diverse clients. The role focuses on delivering design, development, and deployment while guiding a multi-disciplinary team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Occasional travel to client sites is expected, with a hybrid work model within the US. The candidate should have a CS/IS/Engineering background, 4–6 years in ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB, and relevant certifications (CSA/CAD).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required; 2+ additional certifications preferred.
• Experience in data foundations, discovery, event management, service mapping.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Guide a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Build and sustain client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, proposals, and estimates.
• Provide direction, governance, and risk management across workstreams.
