Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. You will identify and define user requirements while focusing on UI across platforms and engage in coding and creating specifications to deliver development services aligned with business needs.

You will manage delivery, risk, and quality across projects, mentor teams, and develop client relationships while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification (CSA or CAD).
• Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements as a Manager in Application Design and Development, guiding design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Travel to meet client needs as required by engagements.
