Job summary

FalconSmartIT in Philadelphia is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ITOM solutions onsite. You will lead Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management while ensuring CMDB health and data quality across integrations with monitoring tools.

The role requires strong architecture skills, experience with MID Server, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript, plus certifications like CSA/CIS-Discovery/ITOM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 5+ years in ITOM.
• Hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and ITOM Visibility.
• Strong experience with MID Server, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of CSDM, CMDB governance, and platform performance optimization.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform administration.
• Knowledge of cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Discovery/ITOM) preferred.
