Job summary

Take2 Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) and DoD ITSM modernization. The role centers on SAM, HAM, ITAM, and platform integrations to streamline asset management and IT operations.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and API integrations, with a track record of enterprise ServiceNow implementations and a active DoD Secret clearance. Onsite work in Camp Springs, MD is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years; substitutions may apply.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, API integrations, and custom app development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITAM (SAM Pro, HAM Pro) including licensing; ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to work onsite in Camp Springs, MD.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro, SaaS Management, and HAM Pro integrations.
• Develop entitlement models, license metrics, normalization rules, and automated reconciliation processes.
• Automate software requests, allocation, reclamation, renewals, and retirement using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scoped applications.
• Build REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise systems, discovery tools, vendor portals, and procurement platforms.
• Configure imports, transform maps, and scheduled jobs for reliable data synchronization.
• Develop SAM dashboards, compliance reporting, executive views, and automated audit reports.
• Prepare technical specifications, promote applications across environments, and perform testing and ATF validation.
• Translate requirements with IT Asset Managers, Procurement, architects, and ITIL process owners.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles; mentor teammates.
