Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Capability Owner to lead HAM and SAM, define the roadmap, and govern the backlog for the ITAM capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

This role demands 5+ years in product ownership or Agile delivery with hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of ITIL practices. The position offers on-site onboarding with subsequent hybrid work and collaboration across procurement, finance, infra, and security teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or Agile delivery with hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Define and execute a product strategy, roadmap, and vision aligned with enterprise goals.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM HAM and SAM modules.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture, CMDB relationships, software licensing, integrations, and data flow.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and ITIL service management practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter, able to function autonomously and deliver outcomes.
• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the domain authority and product owner for ITAM in ServiceNow.
• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for ITAM.
• Own, groom, and prioritize the capability backlog with structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Balance competing priorities across value, software compliance, asset lifecycle, and cost.
• Define end-to-end asset lifecycle processes from procurement to retirement.
• Facilitate workshops and serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Operate within Agile frameworks and ITIL service management practices.
• Partner with procurement, finance, infrastructure, and security teams to improve asset visibility and governance.
