Job summary
Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Capability Owner to guide ITAM and SPM on the ServiceNow platform. You will own the capability roadmap and backlog, aligning outcomes with enterprise goals while collaborating with architects and delivery teams to maintain governance and prioritize value over noise.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years in product ownership or Agile delivery with ServiceNow experience.
- Hands-on experience with ITAM (HAM/SAM) and SPM modules.
- BS in IT, CS, or business; relevant experience may substitute.
- Experience defining AI use cases in ServiceNow and governance.
Responsibilities
- Own roadmap and backlog for ITAM and SPM domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
- Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders; manage governance.
- Lead AI capability enablement and drive adoption of intelligent automation.
- Report KPIs and value realization to executives.
