Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT project management experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow module implementation experience.
• Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, AI Control Tower, or vulnerability management.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow module implementations from initiation to deployment and operation.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, RAID logs, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, architects, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, and vendors.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Lead governance meetings, reviews, and steering committee discussions.
• Coordinate workshops, design reviews, configuration, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, change management, release readiness, and handover.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables meet security standards and governance expectations.
