Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Houston, TX seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the deployment of multiple ServiceNow modules within our Service Delivery team. Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow module implementations across Business Continuity, AI Control Tower, and Vulnerability Management.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, requirements, design, configuration, integrations, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Manage vendors and partners to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, updates, and steering committee discussions.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Drive user adoption and change management with stakeholder sign-off.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules within our Service Delivery organization. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate with implementation partners and vendors, and ensure successful delivery across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow implementations, managing third-party vendors, and driving enterprise technology initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and transition to support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including:
  • Business Continuity
  • AI Control Tower
  • Vulnerability Management
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including:
  • Project planning
  • Requirements gathering
  • Solution design coordination
  • Configuration oversight
  • Integrations management
  • Testing and UAT coordination
  • Go-live and hypercare support
• Manage implementation vendors and third-party partners to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Establish project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, executive updates, and steering committee discussions.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements and organizational standards.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and stakeholder sign-off activities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience managing third-party implementation vendors and system integrators.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, AzureDevOps, or similar platforms.
