Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules within our Service Delivery organization. You will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate with implementation partners and vendors, and ensure successful delivery across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow implementations, managing third-party vendors, and driving enterprise

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience managing third-party implementation vendors and system integrators.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, AzureDevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including: Business Continuity, AI Control Tower, Vulnerability Management.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including: Project planning, Requirements gathering, Solution design coordination, Configuration oversight, Integrations management, Testing and UAT coordination, Go-live and hypercare support.
• Manage implementation vendors and third-party partners to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Establish project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, executive updates, and steering committee discussions.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements and organizational standards.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and stakeholder sign-off activities.
