Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Houston, TX seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ServiceNow module implementations within the Service Delivery organization.

You will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate with implementation partners and vendors, and drive adoption across IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow implementations and managing third-party vendors, delivering enterprise technology

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience managing third-party implementation vendors and system integrators.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, AzureDevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow module implementations (Business Continuity, AI Control Tower, Vulnerability Management).
• Oversee full lifecycle: planning, requirements, design coordination, configuration, integrations, testing, go-live.
• Manage vendors and partners to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder comms plans.
• Coordinate IT, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders across teams.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, executive updates, and steering discussions.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and standards.
• Drive user adoption and change management with stakeholder sign-off.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules within our Service Delivery organization. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate with implementation partners and vendors, and ensure successful delivery across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow implementations, managing third-party vendors, and driving enterprise technology initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and transition to support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including:
  • o Business Continuity
  • o AI Control Tower
  • o Vulnerability Management
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including:
  • o Project planning
  • o Requirements gathering
  • o Solution design coordination
  • o Configuration oversight
  • o Integrations management
  • o Testing and UAT coordination
  • o Go-live and hypercare support
• Manage implementation vendors and third-party partners to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Establish project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
