Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Transformation Senior Manager to lead delivery of IT/OM Asset Management projects for global clients. You will manage cross-functional teams, build client relationships, and drive transformational roadmaps in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and governance across complex engagements, with a focus on delivering value, quality, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 5–7 years Big 4 consulting experience at Senior Manager/Director level.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• Two of the following ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, Data Foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Program/project management to meet objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements and manage engagement economics.
