Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Senior Manager/Director to lead delivery of complex IT/OM asset management transformations. In a client-facing role, you will guide teams, shape business cases and roadmaps, and manage budgets and risk across engagements.

You will mentor multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources, build strong client relationships, and drive service improvements and transformation outcomes in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years in ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 5–7 years in Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, Senior Manager or Director level.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least two of the listed ServiceNow certifications (HAM, SAM, Data Foundations).
• Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills; executive communication.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

• Oversee program/project management and ensure objectives are met.
