Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Senior Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary transformations for client engagements. You will manage delivery, maintain executive relationships, and drive program outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategy development for ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management, and collaboration with offshore teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Big 4 or equivalent consulting background at Senior Manager/Director level.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; two of listed certifications.
• Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills; executive communication.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
