Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Senior Manager to lead transformation programs, guiding both technical and non-technical teams, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering on time and within budget.

The role requires managing multiple engagements, developing roadmaps and budgets, and applying ITOM/CMDB insights to Asset Management processes across client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, Senior Manager/Director level.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least 2 of the listed ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Accountable for program and project management, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements and manage engagement economics.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore staff.
