EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Senior Manager to lead delivery across complex client engagements. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, shape transformation roadmaps, and drive governance over timelines, costs and quality.

This is a client-facing, leadership role in a rapidly growing practice. You’ll mentor teams, build strong client relationships, and partner with executives to define roadmaps, business cases, and architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Experience with 2+ ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, manage engagement economics.
