Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation programs in IT/OT Asset Management. You will drive design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions while mentoring a multi-disciplinary team and managing client relationships to deliver measurable business value.

You’ll translate stakeholder requirements into scalable UI components and integrations, leveraging AI capabilities and best practices to accelerate digital journeys in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 2-4 years ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management: design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore staff.
• Provide guidance on process transformations and connect CMDB/ITOM to ITSM workflows.
• Engage clients to gather requirements and shape solution roadmaps.
• Travel to meet clients as needed.
