Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead IT/OM Asset Management engagements across client environments in the United States. You’ll drive client relationships, define requirements for UI across platforms, and deliver end‑to‑end implementations with a focus on governance and risk management.

The role requires 4–6 years in ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management and relevant Big‑4 or consulting background, with a strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Two of the following: Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-visible leadership, motivating and developing teams and building client relationships.
• Define user requirements for mobile, web, and tablet interfaces.
• Engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications for development services.
• Lead delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, run sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Develop solutions, recommend policy changes, and establish procedures impacting your area.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
