Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI concepts and enterprise software fundamentals.
• GPA 2.8 or above; enrolled in undergrad or graduate program.

Responsibilities

• As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience across requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing on ServiceNow projects.
• Assist with QA, documentation, and Agile project activities.
• Support governance, release processes, and enterprise IT practices.
