Responsibilities

• Develop and test AI agents using Copilot Studio, AWS Claude, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related MS Power tools
• Design workflows that automate HR and ESS processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and service request handling
• Document current-state processes and procedures in clear, detailed formats
• Create comprehensive documentation of new automated processes and workflow steps
• Collaborate with HR and/or ESS stakeholders to understand process pain points and automation opportunities
• Test and validate agent functionality across different use cases and edge cases
• Maintain detailed project logs and solution design documentation
• Support process optimization efforts by identifying efficiency gains and automation potential
• Participate in project planning and retrospectives to improve delivery
