Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in computer science, information technology, data science, business, or a related field with GPA 2.8 or higher.
• Basic understanding of AI or machine learning concepts and ability to explain them simply.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist AI teams in identifying opportunities to improve employee AI adoption and knowledge-sharing.
• Help build training materials, simple demos, toolkits, and quick-start guides that explain AI concepts in accessible ways.
• Support coordination and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs.
• Provide basic guidance to employees exploring AI tools or workflows, helping them understand resources and best practices.
• Partner with technical teams to stay aware of emerging AI trends and help incorporate them into learning content.
• Gather feedback on training sessions to improve content and the overall employee learning experience.
• Assist in tracking participation, maintaining documentation, and preparing engagement summaries.
• Support intake and coordination of enablement requests from business teams.
