Job summary

Entergy New Orleans, LLC invites motivated students to join an Information Technology internship for Summer 2027 in New Orleans. The role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of ServiceNow platform development, including AI agentic initiatives, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will explore requirements gathering, design, testing, and knowledge base creation while collaborating with experienced developers and administrators in enterprise IT.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI concepts and enterprise IT basics.
• GPA 2.8 or above and pursuing an undergrad/grad program.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn in a team.
• Experience or coursework in AI/ML is a plus.
• Prior exposure to ServiceNow is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow development: configuration, scripting, workflow/design.
• Agentic AI development on ServiceNow: AI agents, models, orchestration.
• QA testing: test design, automation, defect tracking.
• Agile project management: participate in sprint ceremonies and backlogs.
• Requirements documentation: gather and write clear business/technical requirements.
• Solution documentation: design docs, runbooks, knowledge articles.
• Enterprise IT governance: exposure to change management and release processes.
