Job summary

Eaton is seeking an IT Specialist - Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role supports ServiceNow-based process ownership and will reside in North America on a hybrid schedule across multiple facilities.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of business analysis experience, 3+ years with ServiceNow, and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in business analysis or a related field working on moderate to highly complex technology projects and programs.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI , Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC will be considered.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Understand business outcomes and clearly articulate them to the IT team.
• Decompose epics into features and user stories; support backlog prioritization.
• Support estimation of epics, features, and user stories.
• Ensure ready criteria definitions (DoR) for user stories.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical team.
