Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking an IT Specialist - Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role supports the Product Owner to decompose epics and stories for the backlog and to align with the product roadmap across North American facilities, including Menomonee Falls WI.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, ensure clear acceptance criteria, and help drive process improvements using ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years in business analysis on complex tech projects.
• Minimum of three years of experience with ServiceNow.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of listed NA locations.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine and decompose epics and user stories for backlog.
• Prioritize epics and stories to feed the product roadmap.
