Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in business analysis or related field on complex technology projects.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Must be within 50 miles of Beachwood OH or allied locations; US work authorization required.
• No relocation benefit is offered.
