Job summary

Eaton is seeking an IT Specialist - Business Analyst to join the Information Technology team. This role focuses on defining and decomposing epics and user stories, aligning with a product roadmap, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

The Business Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, act as a liaison between engineering and business, and contribute to Process ownership and optimization across IT processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in business analysis on complex tech projects.
• Minimum of three (3) years with ServiceNow.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and decompose epics and user stories into the product backlog.
• Prioritize epics and stories to feed into the product roadmap.
• Ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
