Job summary

Women AI Labs is seeking an experienced IRM Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise risk management. You will design data models, risk taxonomies, and policy relationships while guiding developers through complex IRM configurations.

You will also define risk scoring models, integrate IRM with CMDB/ITSM/SecOps and other systems, and establish dashboards for governance and reporting. Strong communication with risk, audit, and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology or GRC experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of enterprise risk and controls.
• Strong ServiceNow architecture skills.
• Experience with complex regulated environments.
• Strong executive and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IRM solution architecture.
• Design risk and compliance data models.
• Define entity structures and risk taxonomies.
• Define control objectives, policies, citations, controls, risks, indicators, issues, and remediation relationships.
• Design control-testing and evidence-collection approaches.
• Define risk scoring and assessment models.
• Architect Audit Management solutions.
• Integrate IRM with CMDB, ITSM, SecOps, HR, and enterprise systems.
• Define security and role models.
• Establish dashboards and reporting architecture.
• Guide developers through complex IRM configurations.
• Conduct architecture reviews.
• Reduce technical debt and unnecessary customization.
• Support platform upgrades and roadmap decisions.
• Partner with risk, audit, security, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
