Job summary

Nova Web Technologies LLC seeks an experienced ServiceNow IRM Consultant to design, customize, and implement IRM and GRC solutions within a hybrid work model serving our Atlanta area clients.

You will lead end-to-end IRM/GRC deployments, build risk scoring and control testing workflows, and develop dashboards and reports using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with: JavaScript; Business Rules; Client Scripts; Script Includes; Flow Designer; ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• 2–3 years of IRM/GRC experience or 2–3 full lifecycle IRM/GRC implementations.
• Strong experience with: Risk Management; Policy & Compliance; Audit Management; Controls Management; Risk lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of inherent and residual risk scoring.
• Experience working with organizational entities and risk structures.
• Experience configuring and extending ServiceNow IRM applications.
• Ability to implement custom risk scoring logic.
• Experience developing control testing and assessment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Risk, Compliance, and Audit Workspaces.

Position Overview
