Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.
• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, workflows, scripting, and platform capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and configuration-over-customization principles.
• Experience taking ownership of development activities from requirements analysis through production deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
